Chameleon rolled out to equine vets

Already a customer relationship management staple among leading small animal practices, Chameleon is a web-based service that quickly and efficiently personalises the content of booster reminder cards and letters.

Effective and ongoing communication with clients plays a vital role in retaining business, yet nearly a quarter of equine veterinary practices are missing out on the golden opportunity of distributing booster reminder cards which account for 60 per cent of repeat business for small animal practices.

Now practices simply need to access Chameleon online and choose the design, logo, text and images for the front and reverse of the communication.  Details on the material can be personalised by mail merging both the client and horse details onto the card or letter which can then be proofed online, printed and delivered within 72 hours.

Chameleon is a progression from the free booster reminder cards and vaccination certificates currently provided by Intervet.  For practices not wishing to manage their printing online, Intervet’s booster support material will still be available.
